IFRS – IFRS S2 – Climate-related disclosures

IFRS S2 builds on IFRS S1 and focuses specifically on climate-related risks and opportunities. It aligns with the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) and requires disclosure of governance, strategy, risk management, and metrics and targets related to climate. It enhances transparency about how climate issues affect financial performance and position.

• Certificates will be issued on the date of successful completion of the assessment and will reflect that date.
• Course access is valid for 12 months, after which the course will close.
• No updates will be made to the course during the 12-month access period. If updates become available, they will be released in a new course available for purchase on our website.
